(upbeat music) - I love collaboration. Anyone who knows me knows that that's my favorite thing, that I love collaborating with, like, brilliant people who have different types of expertise, different kinds of perspective. I like introducing folks to collaborate with each other and then standing back and watching what that looks like.
And I like collaborating with, you know, outside parties to reach, you know, consensus so that we can bring amazing content to our fans.
- Planning, a lot of it is internal coordination and a lot of it is ensuring that everybody has the right information. I always joke with my team that we are the relationship builder and we are the glue across the entire internal organization.
- So, there's a few things. I think the main thing is the comradery in the sense of kind of the joy of collaboration. You know, when an idea of yours lands, and then someone else is inspired by it and builds on it with another idea, and somebody else is inspired by that and builds on it, there's this kind of very satisfying snowballing effect that can happen in the room that's really enjoyable.
- Cybersecurity is definitely one of the only industries where we all talk, we all work together. It doesn't matter which industry you're at or which company you're at, we have, like, this massive network of cybersecurity professionals that we all share information with each other, you know, based on that we're all pretty much resource-strapped and budget-strapped.
So we have private Slack channels, we have private groups, we have private dinners that we all attend, and we teach each other. (upbeat music continues)
